Unfortunately most employers have down played this fact. This has made the normal worker compare to a slave whose fundamental freedoms and rights have been stripped. Most employees admit that apart from the monetary gains that they received from working, work was not in a position to provide other benefits to the employee (Crowdy & Ackroyd, 1990).
The idea of working has restricted the workers from pursuing creativity and innovation efforts. Most employees agree that narrate that their economic and social lives have been caught up in the cycle of the employer’s world. The employees raise alarms that their thinking has been aligned to a specified mechanism that suits the employer. In a nut shell the employee is never put into much consideration when drawing up plans to improve the labor industry.
